Install your 4K Liverygen livery

Recommended: LiveryLab EVO

1. Install and open the free LiveryLab EVO app.
2. Choose its Official Workflow, then create or import an official livery for your selected car.
3. Replace the project’s colour texture with your Liverygen download, preserving the exact required texture name for that car.
4. Use Install/Activate. LiveryLab writes the external-livery folder and matching SavedCar entry, then the car appears in Vehicles → My Cars.

Manual package: files you need

• EXT_Skin_C.png — rename your downloaded Liverygen PNG to the texture name required by the selected car.
• EXT_Skin_D.png — a square 4096 × 4096 material/mask texture. Start with a fully black PNG if you do not have a custom material map.
• external_livery.json — the ACE manifest that references the texture files and target car GUID.
• *.carfinalstatewithconsumable — the matching SavedCar file, required to drive the livery from your garage.

Manual package: folder and names

1. In ACE, first add the selected car to your garage, then close the game.
2. Create a short, unique folder such as My_Car_MyLivery.
3. Put EXT_Skin_C.png, EXT_Skin_D.png, and external_livery.json inside it.
4. Copy that folder to C:\Users\<you>\Saved Games\ACE\ExternalLiveries\My_Car_MyLivery\.

Manual package: link the car

1. Find the selected car’s file in Saved Games\ACE\ProfileData\<profile-id>\OpenData\SavedCars\.
2. Copy the UUID at the end of its filename into car_guid in external_livery.json.
3. Keep the SavedCar in that same SavedCars folder. A shared package must include its matching .carfinalstatewithconsumable file too.
4. Start ACE and look in Vehicles → My Cars.
